Kumbungu

The district is located in the northern part of the Northern Region and covers an area of approximately 1,599 square kilometers.

Mion

The district assembly is located in the central part of Northern Region and has Sang as its capital town.

Nanumba South

The district assembly is located in the eastern part of Eastern Region and has Wulensi as its capital town.

Akatsi North

The district assembly is located in the southeast part of Volta Region and has Ave Dakpa as its capital town.

Anloga

The Municipal assembly is located in the southwest part of the Keta basin in the southern part of the Volta Region and it's the spiritual, cultural and traditional capital of the Anlo Kingdom as its Municipal capital town.
GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE

National

Key Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) in Accra, including the Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy, and Religious Affairs, Environmental Protection Agency, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection, National Development Planning Commission, and the Office of the Head of the Local Government Service.

Regional

Regional Coordinating Councils (RCCs) in both the Northern and the Volta Regions, regions which are climate change hot spots.

Local

Three Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Assemblies (MMDAs) in
the Northern Region (Nanumba South, Mion, and Kumbungu), and two MMDAs in the Volta region (Akatsi North and Analoga)
